Your goal for Saturday = go to East Nashville and cheer for Sara, Nate, and Mike in the Tomato 5K.
Skill: Kip Swing x 15 x 3 sets
Lift – 5 sets of:
- Deadlift x 2, use 50% of Wednesday’s weight & add a small band
- Rest 45 seconds
- One arm KB/DB Press x 2, each side (start with weaker arm)
- Rest 45 seconds
Linear: New Lift this month/cycle
Conditioning – In 10 minutes complete:
- Russian Kettlebell Swing 1-10-1 (do not repeat rep 10)
- Breathe thru nose only. Breathing & rest pattern will be explained in class
- If you finish in under 10 minutes you did this incorrectly.
