The gym will be closed from Dec. 30 – Jan 3rd.
- Spend a total of 3 minutes in a Handstand
Start a timer and kick-up to a Handstand. Break as much as you want but pause the timer when you do. Continue the timer when you kick back up to a Handstand.

Taking A Break.
Most of you already know that we will be closing the gym for an extended rest period but I just want to take the time to apologize for any inconvenience. Breaks are necessary and coaches need them too. I will be posting workouts during the break and will be checking in on the site to see if you guys are posting results. Post to the site even if you’re taking a break as well. If you are taking a break, enjoy it.
Oh yea, name three things for a Bucket List.
